This roof took damage from hurricanes Laura and Delta. Insurance claim was made, and our customer was finally able take action in 12/22! With multiple leaks every time it rained, the manager said she was ready to stop chasing buckets. So, coating was the most affordable and fastest option. Especially since it’s an operating business, we didn’t want to have to shut down and cause loss of business during the busy season.
This particular product is special. It’s a gypsum and castor oil mixture (two-part mixing system) and has incredible adhesion to the roofing surface. NO NEED FOR PRESSURE WASHING! Make sure all loose debris and organic growth is removed and moist areas are dry, prep roof, and finally coat!
Our customer had the doors painted.
Unfortunately, a primer was not applied first which caused the paint to feel off easily.
Our process: Doors were stripped, primed and painted correctly.
